With HP Photosmart Essential you can easily store, find, and retrieve your images by assigning "Keywords" to the images.

Keywords can both

• Uniquely identify particular images or
• Group different images together

Now all of your images of a person, place, or any subject can be found with a simple search

Assign names and keywords to images

The left side of the View tab lets you add keywords to the selected image, change its name, and modify the date it was created.

The area also shows the Optimal Print Size, which is the largest size at which you can print a high-quality image.

To edit image information:

• Enter a new file name in the first File Name box. Names follow the rules set by Windows, meaning that you can use any characters other than / \ : * ? " < > |
• Select a date in the date pop-up.
• Enter one or more keywords in the Keywords box, separated by spaces. Later, you can search for all images that have the same keyword.
