See the menu item Help -> Generica Data Loading, which displays the m-file help_data_raw.m, for details on each file type.

To launch raw importing, from the main toolbar select File -> Data Manager. In the Data Manager, select File -> Import Data. In the Import Data GUI, select from the popup "Pick-up a data format . . ." the "Raw Formats" item.

When asked for the coordinate system, select "CTF".

When asked what kind of data this is "MEG, EEG, or File" data, respond "File", which will in turn request for you to load the "type" file, Mixed_channel_type.txt file. This file describes what the type is for each channel.
