lyngby_batch_cc.java - Cross-correlation

This starts up the java interpreter and runs the lyngby_batch_cc tool. You
need to have set up your environment for java in order for this to work.
Furthermore, make sure that Matlab and the Lyngby toolbox can be called from the directory where the tool is called from.

Input file(s)
Press the [Browse] button to open the file selector window.
Input files must be in analyze format.

Selection of mask file
should indicate a volume
file where non-zero voxel values indicate where the voxel
should be processed.

Selection of paradigm file
should indicate a text file with the paradigm.

Prefix of output file [Optional]
Write prefix text to be set in front of output result files,
e.g., MyRun_
- Path where output files are stored [Optional]
Write the path where the output files should be stored, e.g. ./data/.
Default they are stored in the directory where the tool is
called from.
Output
The maximum of the cross-correlation function and the energy
(the sum of squared cross-correlation) is written to files:
lyngby_cc_energy.img and lyngby_cc_max.img.
