bagplot

Creates a bivariate box-and-whisker plot.

Input Arguments:

You must run bagmat.exe in the current directory.

Output Arguments:

None

Notes

The current function does the basic boxplot with all observations plotted, shading for the bag and loop, and no plotting of the fence. We plan on upgrading this function to include other options. We also intend to write the entire procedure in MATLAB, so the bagmat.exe would not have to be used.
