coplot

Construct a coplot - conditional dependence plot. Accomodates three variables.

Revised to update to Matlab 6 and higher. Function FMIN is obsolete, so replaced by FMINBND. Also put the calling functions as subfunctions to this one.

Input Arguments:

The input arguments are

• data is a three column matrix with the conditioning variable in the first column.
• labels is a cell array of strings. The first entry contains the given title, the second is the dependence xlabel and the third is the dependence ylabel: labels = {given title; dependence xlabel; dependence ylabel}.
• fitParams contains parameters for the loess fit: fitParams = [alpha lambda robustFlag] for loess fit

Output Arguments:

None
