Rand Index to Compare Two Partitions. These partitions could come from methods such as kmeans or model-based clustering.

Input Arguments:

• P1 and P2 are vectors containing group labels, each one corresponding to a different grouping of the observations.

Output Arguments:

• RI is the Rand index.
