Lyngby is a Matlab toolbox for analysis of functional neuroimages
such as positron emission tomographies and functional magnetic
resonance images, i.e., similar to programs like SPM, AFNI or Stimulate.

The toolbox contains a graphical user interface on top of a number of
different analysis functions that can be utilized independently of the
graphical interface. These analysis functions might be of interest to
others than functional neuroimaging researchers.

There are presently no preprocessing in the toolbox such as
motion alignment, spatial normalization to atlas, etc. This should be
handled in programs such as Roger Woods AIR, SPM, AFNI or Ulrik Kjems'
Warp program.
